1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods not registered in your name, is prohibited.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on jili32 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).

4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met. jili32 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by jili32 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. jili32 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated. jili32 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 All games on jili32 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, jili32 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. jili32 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jili32 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

6.4 Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when playing. jili32 is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnections on the player's end.

7. Prohibited Conduct

9.2 jili32's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 jili32 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

14.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent jili32 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
